Pensieve by ECF: Building Collective Truth in Web3

Pensieve (now in open alpha) is the first decentralized knowledge base mechanism built on Ethereum — an open, collective wiki designed to map the evolving landscape of Web3 projects. In a world dominated by black-box algorithms and top-down narratives, Pensieve introduces a bottom-up approach to truth-making: communities can collaboratively curate information, verify claims, and hold projects accountable. Each project on Pensieve is scored for its Transparency and Accountability, turning data into a living measure of trust. This fall and winter, the Perennial Grant Program invites projects to improve their transparency within the app and receive weekly funding based on their progress — creating a new feedback loop between truth, coordination, and collective funding.
